MyCase Return Policy?
The refund process for MyCase Payments involves different procedures for ACH and Credit Card transactions.
For ACH transactions, refunds can only be made in the full amount of the original payment. If a partial refund is needed, a check will need to be written to the client. The refunding of an ACH payment in MyCase is strictly for record-keeping purposes. The funds will not be transferred back to the client's bank account.
For Credit Card transactions, refunds will process electronically and will be issued within 3 business days. These refunds can either be for partial or entire payments. An online refund will return funds back to a client, while an offline refund will record the refund within MyCase for record-keeping purposes and will not refund the client. If an "Online refund" is chosen, the refund will deposit back to the original card used to pay in 3 business days.
